FAREVA Richmond, a contract manufacturer in Richmond, VA, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor. You will develop weekly production schedules aligned with forecasts, coordinate raw materials, capacity, and labor to meet customer demand while ensuring compliance with FDA/OSHA.

The role leads improvement projects, collaborates with QA, HR, materials, and engineering, and ensures equipment and staff meet quality and cost targets.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in production/manufacturing or direct supervision.
• Experience managing a large hourly and exempt workforce.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO GMP guidelines and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop weekly production schedules aligned with forecasts and inventory levels.
• Ensure timely completion of production plans to meet customer demand.
• Lead process improvements for equipment and labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/EPA and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA, HR, materials, engineering, and site management on operations.
