Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in pharma leading product development lifecycle and launch readiness initiatives
• Experience leading regulatory, quality, and operational readiness projects
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical development programs across pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, CMC, quality, and commercialization.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Lead planning for regulatory submission readiness, inspection readiness, and quality system improvements.
• Develop launch readiness plans spanning Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate launch readiness assessments, governance reviews, milestone tracking, and post-launch stabilization planning.
