Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Pharmaceuticals to oversee assigned projects from quoting through final close-out, including field teams and client coordination.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, and ensuring adherence to contract scope with cross-functional collaboration across sales, safety, and operations teams. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, industrial engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and technical documents, monitor costs and progress.
• Lead pre- and post-hand-off meetings with sales and operations teams.
• Manage multi-phased projects across facilities, operations, and administration.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors on scope, costs, and risks.
• Maintain project files and generate status reports.
