Job summary

MEI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee assigned project work from quoting through final close-out, including MEI field teams and onsite management. You will coordinate across sales, operations, and subcontractors to ensure scope, cost, and schedule alignment.

The role requires leading multi-phase projects in production facilities or industrial settings, managing staff, and ensuring safety and compliance while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, industrial engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and other technical documents; monitor costs and project progress.
• Conduct Pre-Hand-Off and Post-Hand-Off meetings with sales and operations teams.
• Understand contract language and keep project within contract scope.
• Plan, administer, and complete assigned projects across functional areas.
