Job summary

Gilbane Building Company seeks a Senior MEP Manager for pharma projects to lead and mentor MEP teams across multiple sites. Primarily on-site with some travel for trainings and meetings, you will coordinate with PMs and executives to define regional and project-specific needs in MEP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• OSHA 30 hour certification or equivalent.
• 15+ years of related field experience.
• Experience supervising on large projects.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility construction experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protects Gilbane and the owner from cost, quality, and schedule impacts.
• Coordinates with Project Managers and MEP staff to understand project needs and assist each project.
• Oversees MEP-GMP preparation and related processes.
• Leads MEP discipline on simultaneous complex projects.
