Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee assigned projects from quoting to close-out. You will manage field teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure contract scope is met while controlling costs and timelines.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-project environments, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites for long durations. Responsibilities include leading teams, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• PMP Certification preferred and experience managing pharma/life science projects is a plus.
• 7–10 years of multi-project leadership in production or industrial settings.
• Strong communication, supervision, and contractual understanding.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work onsite for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, cost control, scheduling, and scope management.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and internal teams via RFQ/PI processes.
• Oversee field teams, safety coordination, and site administration.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation in SharePoint.
• Direct project engineers and junior PMs; manage change orders and closeouts.
