Qualifications

• No healthcare or research experience necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) needed.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for pharmaceutical partnership agreements and projects.
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Support data gathering and reporting for manager of Purchasing.
• Collaborate with PMO and Pharma Enhanced Service Intake for quarterly reporting.
• Assist with patient outreach and facilitating online surveys or questionnaires.
• Support special projects as needed.
