Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Governance PMO Lead to drive governance and PMO execution across a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus program in the United States. You will lead staffing, framework development, and executive reporting to enable successful delivery across multiple projects and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, Program Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• MBA preferred; professional registrations (PE, AICP, RA, RLA) where applicable.
• 15+ years of professional experience supporting major capital projects or programs is expected.
• 10+ years leading PMO, governance, or managed-services in large capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's lead PMO and governance authority across all projects and partners.
• Establish governance framework, escalation pathways, and executive oversight processes.
• Lead development of the PMO operating model across the full program lifecycle.
• Own staffing delivery, workforce planning, onboarding, and performance management.
• Create standards, templates, and governance protocols across organizations.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting systems.
• Chair monthly, quarterly, and executive governance forums.
• Coordinate risk, issues, action items, and decision tracking across workstreams.
• Manage knowledge management systems and lessons learned processes.
• Collaborate with Controls, Engineering, Commissioning, and Ops readiness teams.
