You will establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting structures while coordinating with controls, engineering, and operations teams on a statewide industrial campus in the U.S.

The role demands senior PMO experience, executive-facing communication, and the ability to manage multi-project staffing and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience supporting major capital projects or programs.
• 10+ years leading PMO, program governance, or managed-services functions on large-scale capital programs.
• Pharma/industrial sector experience preferred; other sectors considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's PMO and governance authority across projects, contractors, and partners.
• Develop and sustain the PMO operating model and governance protocols.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting for the program portfolio.
