You will act as the governance authority across multiple projects and partners, establishing the PMO operating model, staffing strategy, and reporting capabilities to enable scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA a plus.
• PMP or CCM certification within one year of hire.
• 15+ years of professional experience on major capital projects.
• Experience leading PMO and governance on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's lead PMO and governance authority across all projects, contractors, and partners.
• Establish and sustain the program governance framework and executive oversight processes.
• Lead development and implementation of the PMO operating model across the full lifecycle.
• Provide accountability for staffing delivery, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting systems for senior leaders.
• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and program reviews.
• Manage risk, issue resolution, and action tracking across workstreams.
• Support knowledge management, lessons learned, and document governance.
