Job summary

American Regent is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Manufacturing Team in Ohio. The role focuses on overseeing aseptic processes, training staff, and ensuring batches meet cGMP standards.

You will direct daily activities, manage personnel, and ensure documentation and equipment are properly maintained. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership experience, a related degree, and familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, [Micro] Biology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3-years of leadership experience required and/or ability to lead, coach or mentor a team.
• Experience in manufacturing, the pharmaceutical industry, or GMP/FDA regulations is a plus.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and executing standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to read Standard English documents such as SOPs, schedules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities for multiple products on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide training and mentoring in all facets of the manufacturing process.
• Review executed batch records and logbooks prior to final production review.
• Reallocate personnel based on production needs and create weekly schedules.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories aligned with production schedules.
• Ensure only approved materials, equipment, documentation and procedures are used.
• Attend all required training programs and perform other duties as assigned.
