Job summary

Safecor Health is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Production Department, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely packaging of medications. You will lead a team of packaging technicians and coordinate with Quality to meet daily production goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment, with focus on compliance, training, and continuous improvement, all on-site in Columbus, OH. Patient safety and operational excellence drive our team.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and hands-on supervisory ability in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience guiding 5+ team members and coaching for performance.
• Familiarity with FDA/cGMP requirements and packaging equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations to meet production and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant work environment and enforce SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality for label accuracy, finished product review, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Lead Packaging Technicians and assign equipment responsibilities.
