Stage 4 Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, Digital Operations for a global pharma client, onsite at Lawrenceville, NJ. The role is a 40-hour-per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible) and 100% onsite, with Stage 4 Solutions as the employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial operations or launch mgmt.
• Led at least one product launch in a matrix organization.
• Strong PM skills with cross-functional milestone tracking.
• Familiar with MLR/PRC promo review & launch governance.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication.
• PMP or formal PM training preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Life Sciences/Business/Marketing; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch Governance & Team Enablement: form Lx teams; maintain access to Lx Playbook.
• Launch Plan & Lx Playbook Management: manage plan, milestones, owners; monitor dashboard.
• Prioritization Grid & Promotional Materials Coordination: track materials; support MLR reviews.
• Key Meeting & Milestone Facilitation: coordinate kickoff, Go-Live readiness, post-launch reviews.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: update Core and Matrix Teams; liaison with enterprise Lx Team.
