Job summary

Par Health is seeking a dedicated operator to join a team responsible for running a chemical manufacturing process, maintaining safety and product quality. The role involves packaging, sampling, and logging data, with a demanding 12-hour rotating shift pattern designed to cover nights and days.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in regulated manufacturing; forklift operation is preferred, and adherence to PPE and SOPs is essential for safe, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (Associate/Technical degree preferred).
• Experience: Prior PSM manufacturing experience preferred.
• Skills: Forklift operation preferred; ability to read and follow detailed procedures and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reactors, decanters, filters, columns, tanks, centrifuges, dryers, and related equipment.
• Package, weigh, sample, and label products following SOPs and GMP.
• Maintain detailed operating reports with weights, temperatures, pH, pressures, and flow rates.
• Move raw materials and finished goods using hoists and material handling devices.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; ensure safe operation of processing equipment.
• Complete computer-based training on time.
