Job summary

The position requires adherence to PSM and OSHA regulations, safety PPE, and shift work on a 12-hour rotating schedule. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, plus preferred technical training and experience in PSM manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Must be able to perform basic math and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must work in a team environment and cover stations during breaks/lunches.
• Wear PPE as required and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reactors, decanters, filters, and other equipment.
• Package, weigh, sample, label finished products per procedures.
• Maintain detailed operating logs and reports.
• Move bulk materials using hoists and material handling devices.
• Ensure safe operation of processing equipment and identify unsafe conditions.
