West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Production Operator to join a team producing high-quality healthcare components. This permanent role offers hands-on training, support for long-term career growth, and a structured 12-hour night shift schedule.

You will monitor equipment, inspect components, follow detailed work instructions, and document production data in a regulated environment. A focus on teamwork and continuous improvement will help you succeed and advance within West.

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment and able to learn new equipment.
• Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required, preferably >3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and trimming equipment to produce components.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Process, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Accurately complete production documentation and records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Learn multiple production processes through hands-on training.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.
