Phlow Corporation is seeking a skilled operator for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves frontline operation of batch and continuous processes, with GMP-compliant documentation and collaboration with engineers and supervisors.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a Science or Engineering field and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Strong focus on safety, multitasking, and quality documentation is essential for success on night, weekend, or rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of one to three years’ experience in development, manufacturing or analytical chemistry.
• Knowledge of GMPs and chemical safety; ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and pharmaceutical processing using a variety of equipment.
• Operate a wide range of process and utility equipment and systems.
• Maintain documentation per GMPs and procedures for equipment and production records.
• Conduct cleaning, sampling, housekeeping, and inventory replenishment.
• Document activities per Good Documentation Practices and company procedures.
• Support inspections and assist Engineers and Supervisors on projects.
• Contribute to process improvements, training, and workflows.
