Job summary

Piramal Critical Care Bethlehem is seeking a Production Operator to operate and support manufacturing processes while ensuring safety and compliance with cGMP requirements. The role includes equipment operation, process monitoring, data entry in SAP, and coordination with maintenance and other departments to keep the plant running efficiently.

The position features a 12-hour shift rotation (2-2-3) and requires adherence to safety protocols, documentation accuracy, and teamwork to meet production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and maintain documentation.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with measuring tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support manufacturing processes in a safe, cGMP-compliant manner.
• Enter SAP data in real time on production processes and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Produce manufacturing batch records with accurate data in electronic and manual formats.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support 5S housekeeping standards.
