Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline with processing experience in pharma.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical production or GMP-regulated experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs and Process Flow Diagrams; perform mass and energy balances.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn and apply analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements and optimize safety, quality, yield, and material use.
• Develop and refine process concepts, PFDs, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with contractors on facility buildout and expansion.
• Assist in control strategy design, instrumentation, and automation.
• Write procedures, study proposals, and technical memos.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ) and commissioning.
• Work on scale-up from R&D to production; troubleshoot deviations.
