Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks a Performance Manager to oversee how pharma and pharmacy program contracts perform financially and operationally. You will act as a business SME for performance metrics and drive strategies to achieve strong results on both performance and financial targets.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to diagnose barriers, implement action plans, and support negotiations with clients and sales to ensure feasible performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in health care field.
• Ability to apply concepts and technical capabilities to tasks.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Understand in detail how we're performing against client contracts and diagnose performance barriers.
• Collaborate with teams to execute performance action plans.
• Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
• Support account management conversations with clients.
• Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
• Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales on performance feasibility.
