Job summary

Centor Rx in the United States (OH) seeks a Product & Business Development Manager for PPP NA (Gx Berlin, Ohio). You will identify opportunities in pharmaceutical primary packaging, lead product development from concept to launch, and build strategic customer relationships across pharma and CMOs.

Responsibilities include translating market needs into technical solutions, developing commercial proposals, and coordinating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Tooling, and Manufacturing teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Packaging Technology, Chemistry or related field, or 5–10 years in pharma plastic packaging.
• MBA or commercial qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in product development and business development roles.
• Strong understanding of pharma regulatory and quality requirements.
• Experience with pharma customers, CMOs, or regulated markets.
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials, injection/blow molding, and tooling.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly solutions.
• Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical primary packaging.
• Lead the development from concept through industrialization and launch with customers and manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with pharmaceutical customers, CMOs, and industry partners.
• Translate customer and market requirements into compliant technical solutions and regulatory-ready products.
• Develop and present technical-commercial proposals, samples, and presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Tooling, and Manufacturing teams for feasible product development.
