Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Packaging Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
MBA or commercial qualification is an advantage.
Proven experience in product development and business development roles.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical primary packaging.
Lead new product development from concept through industrialization and launch.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with pharmaceutical customers, CMOs, and industry partners.
Translate customer and market requirements into compliant technical solutions.
Develop and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tailored packaging solutions.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Tooling, and Manufacturing teams.
Monitor market trends and drive growth strategies.
Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, margin analysis, and long-term commercial agreements.
