Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Clinical Business Development Executive to grow profitable sales with current customers and develop business with new clients across the Midwest region. The role emphasizes injectable and oral solid dose packaging, labeling, and manufacturing within a CDMO environment.

Responsibilities include identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, negotiating pricing, and collaborating with the proposals team to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5-10 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Intermediate Computer Skills and ability to perform more complex tasks in various programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: speak, read, and write fluently and accurately.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new clients in designated regions via email and phone.
• Update CRM with opportunities, client data, and communications; maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within stated parameters.
• Occasional travel for meetings, conventions, and tradeshows.
• Collaborate with BD colleagues across segments to drive cross-selling opportunities.
• Work with Quality and Operations to share industry knowledge and improve PCI proposals.
