Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and English communication skills.
• Able to follow detailed SOPs and batch records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical and hand-tool abilities; able to troubleshoot.
• Must maintain safety and quality in a lean manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with batch records, SOPs and safety guidelines, as well as cGMPs.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on packaging equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate and adjust processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tasks completed.
• Provide leadership to line operators and communicate with support and leadership.
• Work as a team to maintain production schedule and objectives.
