Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must supervise production line staff and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging line operators to meet production schedules.
• Prepare SOPs and MPRs; perform line checks and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain KPI data and coordinate interdepartmental activities to meet production goals.
• Train operators on SOP, cGMP and safety procedures.
