Job summary

KVK Tech in Newtown, PA seeks an experienced Packaging Line Leader to coordinate daily packaging operations for oral solid dosage products in a cGMP environment. You will lead a team of Packaging Operators, ensure line setups, changeovers, and batch documentation meet quality standards, and maintain production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in regulated packaging, deep knowledge of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices, and strong hands-on equipment skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of packaging experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and packaging documentation requirements.
• Hands-on experience operating and adjusting packaging equipment across formats.
• Effective communication and coordination with operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct Packaging Operators to maintain steady workflow and meet production schedules.
• Ensure line setups, start-up checks, line clearance, cleaning, and changeovers comply with SOPs and cGMP.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of batch records, logbooks, and cleaning documentation.
• Provide on-the-job guidance and training to Packaging Operators while reinforcing compliance and safety.
