Job summary

KVK Tech, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will lead packaging personnel, ensure plan adherence, and maintain audit-ready documentation in collaboration with QA, Warehouse, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing with at least 2 years in supervisory roles, strong cGMP and data integrity knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–8 years in a pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years in leadership/supervisory roles overseeing packaging personnel.
Knowledge of cGMP and data integrity practices.
Experience using ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SYSPRO, SAP, JDE).
Proven ability to train, coach, and coordinate operations staff in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily packaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production.
Plan, assign, and adjust shifts to meet schedules and priorities.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, line clearance, and housekeeping standards.
Review batch records, logbooks, cleaning records, and forms for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Shipping to resolve material and schedule issues.
Train and develop Packaging Line Leaders, Operators, and mechanics to improve performance.
Track productivity, downtime, and trends; suggest efficiency improvements.
Ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems and maintain regulatory compliance.
Prepare shift updates, performance summaries, and communicate concerns to management.
Support investigations and continuous improvement projects as assigned.
