Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with internal customer regulatory, medical affairs, and Nurse Supervisor to efficiently and effectively resolve customer needs.
• Manage calls in a personal, systematic, and organized manner.
• Conduct virtual training.
• Responds to patient inquiries and provide education or information to help regarding training issues utilizing customer-approved materials.
• Focus and provide exemplary customer service.
