Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-qualification experience to support clinical trials. You will work with RN team, ensure protocol adherence, and manage data and samples per SOPs. Per diem role with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include patient visits, AE/SAE reporting, and collaboration with investigators. GCP certification is preferred, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• GCP certification or experience with GCP practices.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Experience in Venepuncture and ECG preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hourly rate: 43-53 per hour/ Per diem (as needed role).

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol and CRFs/eCRF to enable daily trial operation.
• Communicate effectively with RNPM, site staff, and Principal Investigator.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs and GCP.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
• Coordinate trial visits with the RN team and ensure protocol adherence.
• Administer trial medication and manage storage and transfer per SOPs.
• Prepare and dispatch samples with courier coordination.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and support recruitment for trials.
• Ensure reporting of adverse events to site team and RNPM, with follow-up as needed.
• Report suspected misconduct or fraud to Illingworth and associated entities.
