Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a clinician to provide in-home patient injection training and disease state education. You will work with patients to deliver post-prescription education on injection devices and related messaging, using your nursing skills to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting training within 5 days of request, traveling as needed, and completing post-training surveys within 24 hours. Active RN licensure and 2–5+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• 2-5+ years clinical or related experience in injection training and education
• Available to work 2+ days/week providing in-home patient injection training
• Willingness to travel within 3 hr radius and occasional overnight

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients using nursing skills to improve outcomes
• Demonstrate proper use of injection devices and provide disease state education to patients and caregivers
• Complete training within 5 days of assignment and deliver education as approved by client
• Submit post-training survey and report within 24 hours of training completion
