Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Urology and OR/Procedural areas strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical or related experience in clinical education.
• Available to work 2+ days/week providing clinical education to HCPs.
• Overnight travel (national) may be required.
• Flexibility to accept assignments with minimal notice.
• Comfort with personal technologies such as iPhone, apps, and health portals.
• Good communication skills and flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Present himself or herself as a business professional.
• Demonstrate command of customer service and adult learning styles.
• Maintain product and technical knowledge aligned with labeling.
• Attend and pass assigned training programs.
• Provide field reports, documentation and timely feedback.
• Maintain equipment provided by Client with reasonable wear and tear.
• Expense reporting and travel in line with business rules.
