BE&K Building Group in Clayton, NC seeks an MEP Superintendent to lead project direction, drive safety, quality, and schedule, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors. The role requires pharma experience and expertise in electrical and automation controls, plus willingness to travel.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily site activities, directing field personnel, and maintaining baselines. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential to meet turnover targets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site activities incl. OSHA safety compliance
• Direct field personnel per project plan
• Communicate progress to Project Manager daily
• Report issues for cost-effective solutions
• Build relationships with Clients, BE&K team, subcontractors
• Coordinate with Superintendent/Executive on materials, sequencing, scheduling
• Lead project start-up, pre-mobilization activities, and turnover
• Assist in formulating and maintaining construction schedules
• Maintain baseline schedule and ensure contract alignment
• Update schedule monthly with 6-week look ahead
• Ensure safety program adherence and safety plan compliance
• Manage subcontractor performance and site logistics
• Lead meetings: safety, foreman, weekly/monthly reviews
