Job summary
MPI, a nationally recognized general contractor, seeks an experienced MEP leader to oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and related scopes on data center, pharma, and life sciences projects. The role demands coordination with subcontractors and field teams to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of MEP management experience on large-scale projects.
- Strong technical depth in MEP systems, sequencing, and cost engineering.
- Ability to lead large teams and communicate with owners, engineers and trade partners.
- Experience on data center, pharma, healthcare, or semiconductor projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all MEP scopes—from design coordination through field installation and turnover.
- Manage subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to meet cost, quality, safety and schedule.
- Lead technical reviews, procurement, and installation on mission-critical builds.
- Coordinate commissioning and closeout with clients, consultants and trades.
- Mentor MEP engineers and superintendents; partner with national MEP leadership.
