Job summary

Belcan is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead HVAC, electrical, and plumbing construction on complex manufacturing projects. You will oversee field operations, trade coordination, safety, quality, and commissioning in fast-paced design-build environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in MEP construction, 5+ years in a Superintendent role, and experience with large industrial facilities valued at $200M+. OSHA 30 and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP construction experience.
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or senior leadership role.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, battery plant, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, process piping, electrical power distribution, and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing MEP scopes on projects valued at $200M+.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
