Job summary

PHM is seeking a Supervisor, Strategy to lead media planning for assigned healthcare brands in a fast-paced agency environment in the US. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, developing strategic media approaches, and overseeing traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers from start to finish.

You will mentor junior staff, participate in new business efforts, and ensure deliverables align with client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of media experience.
• Cross-channel media knowledge.
• Familiarity with media planning tools such as Clear Decisions.
• Pharma media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select media channels and programs for assigned clients.
• Lead projects from start to finish and oversee traffic workbooks and creative asset trackers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support the Director/Associate Director and participate in interviewing efforts.
• Develop and present media plan and strategy to clients.
• Ensure deliverables align with client needs.
