Job summary

Publicis Groupe’s PHM health media team is seeking a Supervisor, Strategy to lead media planning for assigned brands. You will select channels, oversee traffic workbooks, and guide cross-functional teams from kickoff to delivery.

The role requires pharma media experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to drive strategic alignment with client needs. You’ll collaborate with directors and train junior staff while shaping creative and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years media experience
• Cross-channel media knowledge
• Familiarity with media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Select media channels and programs for assigned clients and lead projects from start to finish
• Maintain account flowcharts and oversee traffic/workbook trackers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client needs
• Provide input on media channel mix and initial budget rationale
