Job summary

PHM, a leading health media agency, is seeking a Supervisor, Strategy in the United States. You will select media channels, lead projects end-to-end, maintain account flowcharts, and oversee traffic trackers.

You will report to the Associate Director, Strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with client needs. You will guide strategic planning, influence media channel mix, manage budgets, and mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvements for client

Qualifications

• 3+ years media experience
• Cross-channel media knowledge
• Familiarity with media research and planning tools (e.g. Clear Decisions)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepares and compiles media plans and strategic presentations
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables
• Manages time and resources for direct reports and on-boards new hires
• Supports VP, Strategy in driving the planning process
• Represents cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings
