Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Supervisor, Strategy to lead pharma media planning and cross-functional collaboration for assigned clients. You will select channels, drive planning, and oversee traffic workbooks and trackers to ensure accurate delivery.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple campaigns, and contribute to new business efforts while upholding PHM values and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma media planning and buying across multiple conditions.
• Understanding of the marketing process and media's strategic role.
• Ability to map media channels to client objectives and budgets.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Select media channels and programs for clients based on strategy.
• Lead projects from start to finish with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain account flowcharts and traffic/workbook trackers.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure strategic alignment with client needs.
• Present media strategy and rationale to clients and internal teams.
