Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Material Scheduler in the United States to procure components for new product introductions and meet MRP production demands. You will collaborate with operations, warehouse, quality, and production planning to execute responsibilities and ensure on-time PO releases.

The role requires a BS/BA and 3+ years in production material planning/procurement, preferably in pharma. SAP expertise and CPIM/Six Sigma are preferred; competitive benefits and performance bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: BS/BA Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of direct production material planning/procurement experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP MRP to ensure components are available to meet planned production demand.
• Release purchase orders to approved suppliers for production materials.
• Coordinate and approve MSOs and other documents to maintain inventory status.
• Maintain master data and PO data for supplier performance scoring.
