Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, seeks a Materials & Inventory Control Manager to optimize site resources through planning, purchasing, and scheduling of raw materials, excipients, packaging, and API components. You will coordinate with contract manufacturers and internal teams to improve KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities include ensuring material availability, supporting product launches, prioritizing across departments, and enhancing SAP-based planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ Years of experience in Supply Chain / Production Planning.
• Supply Chain or Operations Management experience.
• Knowledge of planning processes and systems (ERP-SAP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of capacity planning, scenario planning and run rate in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a plan to ensure on-time materials & components availability and shipping of finished goods.
• Support commercial launches of new products and product transfers through planning and procurement of materials.
• Provide priorities across Supply Chain, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical, Engineering and Finance to meet customer service and financial goals.
• Lead SAP system enhancements to maximize automated planning and scheduling.
