Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC is seeking a Production Planner to handle planning and scheduling for SVP filling lines and packaging on-site in Spokane, WA. Responsibilities include coordinating MRP/MPS, maintaining SAP process orders, and coordinating raw material requests to meet production needs.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, proficiency with SAP ERP and Microsoft Office, and a preference for those with pharmaceutical industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical environment experience is preferred.
• CPIM certification is an asset.
• Advanced computer and ERP software skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production of SVP filling lines and packaging according to demand and capacity.
• Evaluate and coordinate changes to MPS based on MRP results, including inventory reports.
• Maintain Process Orders in SAP (create, release, note deviations, TECO) including rework orders.
• Request raw materials to meet future production needs and coordinate with materials team.
• Plan new product introductions and scheduling activities.
• Schedule machines considering materials availability, inventory levels, and sales guidance.
• Generate expiration/inventory input analyses.
