Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Associate - MDI for the 2nd shift to support Respiratory Metered Dose Inhaler production. You will operate, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing lines in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities include line changeovers, batch documentation, equipment readiness, and safety compliance. You will participate in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring production goals and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with equipment changeovers, startup activities, line clearances, and production documentation in a cGMP environment.
• Respiratory, inhalation, aerosol, or MDI manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing and packaging processes in compliance with BMRs, SOPs, cGMP, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine manufacturing activities while achieving production, quality, and safety targets.
• Assist with equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning activities as directed.
