Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Associate for the 2nd shift to support Respiratory Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) production. You will operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, execute changeovers, document batch records, and ensure GMP-compliant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years in regulated pharma manufacturing. Must be able to work any shift and comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Respiratory/MDI manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment per BMRs and SOPs.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, line clearances, and cleaning per procedures.
• Document production activities accurately in cGMP-compliant records.
• Assist with equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning activities as directed.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
