Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA seeks a Manufacturing Technical Associate for the MDI 3rd Shift to support respiratory product manufacturing.

You will operate and troubleshoot MDI equipment, execute manufacturing activities per BMRs and SOPs, and ensure compliance with cGMP standards across packaging lines. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in pharma manufacturing, with strong mechanical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments required.
• Experience with MDI or respiratory manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read SOPs, batch records and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records and SOPs in a cGMP environment.
• Perform equipment changeovers, line clearances, and maintenance activities.
• Document production activities accurately and contemporaneously.
• Assist with investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE; support training and onboarding.
