InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Associate for the 2nd shift to support Respiratory Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) manufacturing.

You will execute production and packaging per BMRs, SOPs, and cGMP, while operating and troubleshooting MDI equipment and ensuring quality and safety standards. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and a minimum of seven years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum seven years in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment, preferred in respiratory/MDI.
• Ability to work in regulated cGMP settings and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, including MDI operations.
• Execute manufacturing and packaging per BMRs, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot MDI equipment (filling, crimping, propellant charging, leak testing, inspection, packaging).
• Perform routine manufacturing tasks while meeting production, quality, and safety goals.
• Setup, start up, changeover, line clearance, disassembly, reassembly, and cleaning per procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, equipment, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist investigations into recurring issues and escalate complex concerns.
