Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA seeks a Manufacturing Technical Associate for the MDI 2nd shift.

You will operate and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment, perform set-ups, changeovers, and line clearances while following cGMP and SOPs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 7+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong documentation and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related scientific/technical discipline.
• Minimum seven (7+) years of experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and performing minor repairs on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with equipment changeovers, line setup, and production documentation in a cGMP environment.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform equipment changes, startup activities, line clearances, and cleaning per approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and technical documentation.
• Assist with training manufacturing personnel on equipment operation and procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
