Job summary

InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Fall River, MA seeks a Manufacturing Technical Associate - MDI for 3rd shift. You will support Respiratory Metered Dose Inhaler manufacturing, operate and troubleshoot critical equipment, and ensure cGMP compliance.

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years pharma/manufacturing experience required. You will perform setup, changeovers, line clearances, and production documentation, with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum seven (7+) years in pharmaceutical/manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with equipment changeovers, startup activities, line clearances, and production documentation in a cGMP environment.
• Respiratory/MDI manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in pharmaceutical manufacturing setting including controlled environments.
• Execute manufacturing and packaging processes per BMRs, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
• Operate, set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing equipment including filling, crimping, propellant charging, leak testing, inspection, and packaging.
• Perform routine manufacturing activities meeting production, quality, and safety targets.
• Assist with equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning as directed.
• Train and onboard manufacturing personnel on equipment operation and procedures.
