Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join the production team in Utah. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with a focus on material blending, mixing, and granulation processes.

The operator will run production equipment, handle raw materials, monitor processes, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams is essential to achieving output goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical or biomedical manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with blending, mixing, material handling, or granulation strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures, batch records, and work instructions.
• Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Experience operating industrial manufacturing or processing equipment.
• Experience working with powders, granulated materials, or similar raw materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to established formulas and production instructions.
• Perform blending and mixing of materials and assist with granulation processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and document production results accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and other team members to meet production goals.
