Job summary

Aurolife in New Jersey is seeking a Granulation & Blending Operator II to ensure equipment such as Mechanical Sifter, Granulator, Fluid Bed Dryer, Fitz Mill and blenders are clean and properly set up. You will perform in-process and finished material checks following Production Batch Records.

The role requires following SOPs, recording measurements, and maintaining clean, compliant production spaces. High School Diploma and up to 1 year of pharma manufacturing experience are expected;

Qualifications

• Follow written instructions accurately and perform basic calculations.
• Basic understanding of cGMP, safety criteria or the ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or disassemble equipment after product run per SOP.
• Clean manufacturing room after product run per SOP.
• Set up equipment per SOP and Production Batch Record specifications.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report malfunctions.
• Maintain equipment parts and supplies in proper condition.
• Make machine adjustments during batch runs as required.
• Document all setup and cleaning in logs and paperwork.
• Visually inspect equipment during run to ensure safe operation.
• Take in-process measurements and record in Production Batch Record.
• Keep equipment and room clean during production.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate throughout and after production.
• Keep accurate records of equipment usage and inspections.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies, cGMPs and SOPs.
