WB Blends is seeking Production Operators in Spanish Fork, Utah to support daily supplement manufacturing across capsules, powders, and liquids. You will work with production equipment, packaging systems, and quality procedures to ensure safe, consistent product manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential and will be used to monitor quality and process adherence.
• Organized and process-driven mindset required to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changes.
• Understanding of GMP or quality procedures is preferred to ensure compliance.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills are critical for cross-functional collaboration.
• Manufacturing or QA experience is a plus and can aid in quicker ramp-up and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process production inspections to ensure product quality.
• Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support GMP and compliance procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor cleanliness and enforce operational standards on the production floor.
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate quality records and reports for traceability.
• Communicate quality concerns across departments to drive improvements.
• Help ensure facility-wide regulatory compliance and safe operations.
